- The community is invited to gather on Monday, May 25, at 3:00 p.m. by the church’s flagpole for a Memorial Day observance honoring fallen service members.
As part of Taps Across America, a nationwide Memorial Day tribute, a live rendition of the bugle call “Taps” will be played. Thousands of participants across the country will join simultaneously in pausing to remember and honor those who gave their lives in military service.
Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs if seating is desired. Guests are also welcome to bring photographs of loved ones who served and have passed away.
