Math teacher Kristen LoPrell has been named one of five San Diego County Teachers of the Year by the San Diego County Office of Education. LoPrell teaches at Grossmont High School.
“Kristen LoPrell is a brilliant teacher who has strengthened our educational program and helped so many Grossmont High School students discover the beauty of mathematics,” said GUHSD
Superintendent Mary Beth Kastan. Loprell will now represent San Diego County in the California Teacher of the Year program, the winners of which will be announced in October.
