Participants in the Run For the Arts got off to a running start in the 2-mile race fundraiser in Lakeside Feb. 1. Entry fees benefited the Lakeside Unified School District arts programs. The run was held the same day as a health fair at the community center. The top three runners in each age group were recognized with a medal at the health fair.
