Sycuan Casino’s Paipa’s Buffet boosts its menu to delicious heights

In a preview event, Sycuan Casino celebrated three large embellishments to the already plentiful Paipa’s Buffet. And this is more than mere trimmings. Its new Sundays Baja Brunch Buffet, Paipa’s added a full variety of authentic Mexican dishes. Huevos rancheros, menudo, tamales, pozole and chili relleno carnitas hash, this is a spicy addition to it’s already brunch classics.

For lunch it has opened its Ultimate All American build a Burger bar, with five burger choices, seven cheeses, special sauces and an entire lineup of additions to build your favorite hamburger. To top it off, it has a complete ice cream bar for hand scooped, sundaes, shakes and malts. These too are customizable to whatever your taste might be.

It’s a Loco Lobster Fiesta with dinner with its new “Let us build you a taco or burrito like never before.” It has a complete variety of meats and seafood, including lobster, with everything wanted, and prepared fresh as you order it.

And speaking of seafood, the new cold seafood bar is packed with ice that holds a bounty of snow crab legs, shrimp cocktail and oysters on the half.

Executive Chef Paul Schwab said he is excited about the new menu additions and that the custom design and service is spectacular.

“I got to tell you what’s great. A California burrito and a handmade milkshake, its California, that’s the way we do it here,” he said. “Along with that we have our new seafood buffet. The oysters and everything on that bar, every single night. Our new lobster burrito nights. If you order the lobster burrito, you tell us how you want it and we’ll have it done for you. From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., every Sunday we’ll be serving brunch. This is a Baja style brunch. It will be amazing.”

With all the new additions to Paipa’s Buffet, there is a larger selection of fine food and deserts creating a plethora of combinations suited for those that love the vast selection that only a buffet can provide.
