The victim, Ronald Torncello, spoke about his injuries and the incident when he was punched in the face in the parking lot at the CVS Pharmacy, at 572 Fletcher Parkway, at 10:10 a.m. on April 30, 2014.

Torncello was talking on his cell phone while driving, which irritated Sikes, who came over to where Torncello was parked and punched him repeatedly before driving away.
