The City of Santee launched a fresh new look for its website in June, redesigned to be more streamlined, accessible, and mobile friendly. The modern design highlights the city’s nature-themed branding with many new features. Compared to other local municipalities, the website has an untraditional, fun feel, with all the functionality that city government needs. Navigating the website is easy, with menus at the top of the site, broken down to pages by Our Community, Business, Visitors, Departments, and Contact, with the addition of a search function to assist users.
“This new and visually appealing website is a long-time coming,” said City Manager Marlene Best in a city press release. “We’re excited to provide our community with a website that is intuitive and captivating.”
The website features an integrated social media feed, embedded special events calendar, while still being able to conduct business with the City of Santee.
