At the time Fencl was on probation for a similar charge and was prohibited from posesseing firearms. He was arrested but released on bail.
During the June arrest police found more than 100 rifles, assault rifles, shotguns and handguns in addition to body armor, tear gas grenade, silencers and thousands of rounds of ammunition.
Fencl is charged with numerous felonies, including possession of firearm silencers, and illegal assault weapon sales.
Currently in custody, Fencl was to appear in court this week.
