On the county level, entries are sent in December with entries judging to be announced for the state level in late December or early January, she said.
“Of course everyone wants to get their art up to the national level,” she said. “What we have tonight is the 10 top entries plus the participation entries in the categories of music composition, visual arts, dance and photography.”
