The 11th annual TEDxKidsElCajon will take place on Saturday, May 17, at Greenfield Middle School. The free community event will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is open to the public.
This year’s theme, “Level Up,” highlights how youth are improving themselves, their communities and the world through innovation, action and storytelling. The event will feature students and community speakers, live performances, interactive experiences and youth-led exhibits.
Hosted by the Cajon Valley Union School District, TEDxKidsElCajon is a youth focused TED event that aims to amplify student voices and promote public speaking and presentation literacy.
Student speakers from across El Cajon will be joined by teachers, parents, community members and special guests. The event returns to Greenfield Middle School, where TEDxKidsElCajon first began, marking over a decade of youth storytelling and creative expression.
Greenfield Middle School is located at 1495 Greenfield Drive, El Cajon, CA 92021.
