As a member of Sullivan Hill’s Litigation, Construction, and Insurance practice groups, Zarconi has a wide range of experience as a general civil litigator including commercial and business litigation, construction disputes, insurance coverage, anti-SLAPP litigation, and labor and employment law matters. His construction practice focuses on large scale construction performance disputes for general contractors, subcontractors, developers and engineers. He is skilled in matters involving breach of contract and warranty claims, differing site conditions, extra work and delay claims, as well as professional negligence. Zarconi also has substantial experience representing policy holders in coverage disputes with insurance carriers and representing public bodies, maintenance assessment districts, and non-profit organizations in a wide variety of civil transactions and disputes.
