The Lemon Grove Lions Club celebrated its eighth anniversary with its Salsa y Salsa Fiesta fundraiser on June 3. The event includes a silent auction, a dinner courtesy of Big Boyz Taco Cart, beats by DJMiGZ, and its salsa contest. Winners of the salsa contest were Jeff Shields, 1st place, Joe Coratti, 2nd place, and the Lemon Grove Firefighters, 3rd Place. Funds from the event support the Lions’ local service projects.
