Residents of Covenant Living at Mount Miguel are hosting a Health and Wellness Fair that is open to the public on Friday, Oct. 6 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Bailey Center at the senior living community located at 325 Kempton Street in Spring Valley.
More than 40 vendors will be on hand to provide everything from flu shots, blood pressure checks, chair massages, fitness options, balance assessments, low vision resources, food delivery services, financial solutions and more.
The Health and Wellness Fair wraps up Active Aging Week and Health and Wellness at Mount Miguel which has had numerous events for the residents under the theme of “Educational, Entertaining and Empowering.”
