Held at the Barona Resort & Casino Golf Events Center on Feb. 6, the best of East County businesses got together for an evening of awards and celebrations.

With Master of Ceremonies, San Diego Padres television broadcasts color analyst Mark Grant, and El Cajon’s Man of the Year Steve Hamann (incoming chair for the Board of Directors) and Chairwoman for the Board for the SDECCOC, after food and networking, they set out to recognize businesses and individuals for their direct impact on promoting and impacting the local communities in East County.

After swearing in the 2015 Board of Directors, Arabo, Immediate Past Chair and Grant began recognizing some of the best that East County has to offer.

In honoring the 2104 Community Service Honorees, community involvement, ethics, integrity and contribution in working on behalf of the SDECCOC were all factors in those whom were chosen by a voting committee of the SDECCOC 2014.
