Dozens gathered at the East County Transitional Living Center on June 28 for the unveiling of a memorial plaque in honor of founder and CEO Pastor Harold Brown.
The plaque was placed on the main campus in El Cajon in front of the single men and women program disciples, which were completed a few months before Brown’s death in 2022.
ECTLC’s current CEO Dr. Julie Hayden welcomed the crowd. Brown’s wife, Jacky Brown introduced friends and colleagues who spoke about the impact Brown had on their lives. San Diego Pathfinders Lions club made a $1,000 donation and a large assortment of toiletries.
