No bodies, business

In response to social-distancing and stay-at-home directives issued by state and local government, businesses throughout the state, including in downtown La Mesa, have had to adapt their business models to  life during a pandemic.   To help stop the spread of COVID-19, people have been asked to stay at home except for when engaged in essential tasks such as grocery shopping or seeking medial attention. Businesses such as Johnny B’s or Swami’s Cafe have been told only to provide takeout or delivery service.
