I Love A Clean San Diego and the City of La Mesa are holding a litter cleanup to divert litter from its watersheds from travelling into the Pacific Ocean. The Litter Free La Mesa Cleanup Series will take place Saturday, May 11, from 9-11 a.m. in La Mesa’ s Downtown Village neighborhood.
Litter Free La Mesa staff will have check-in on site. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes, close-toed shoes, sunscreen or a hat, and bring water bottles.
