Are you assisting or caring for a family member or friend with memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease or Dementia? Do you need assistance determining how to help your loved one? REACH is a FREE educational series offered to family, caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias. Workshops will be held in Spanish.
