San Diego County District 2 Supervisor Joel Anderson (right) presented Serving Seniors President and CEO, Paul Downey with a certificate of recognition in honor of its decades of providing services to low-income and homeless older adults in San Diego County, including in East County communities. Anderson also recognized Downey for his years of service.“I was honored to recognize Paul Downey for celebrating his 25-year-milestone at the helm of the organization,” Supervisor Anderson said in a statement. “Serving Seniors has been a great partner to the County and I’m excited to work with them to build more permanent supportive housing for our seniors in East County.”
