“I’m Jonathan Wright and I’m currently running for El Cajon Mayor and I decided to run for Mayor in order to serve the people and lead the City Council. My goal should I win this election is to help the city council in attracting new businesses to El Cajon. I’m currently employed as an IT Specialist with Hotcakes Inc. located in San Diego.”
“The city council has done many things right like creating new ordinances to help regulate electronic cigarettes since no one currently know what the long term ramifications are going to be on the individuals and publics health.”
“I don’t currently have any disagreements with any of the programs or projects that the current city council has implemented.”
“I intend on increasing the number of jobs within El Cajon by working with the city council and locating new businesses to bring to El Cajon that will offer better paying jobs. We will work together to find ways to alleviate the homeless and panhandling by finding ways not to just get them off the street but solutions to keep them from returning to the streets in the future by offering training if necessary.”
“We need to look forward not just the next four years but far into the future to help the city and the people of El Cajon to prepare and continue to strive for a continued prosperity and freedom that our country was built on. I’m going to run for governor sometime in the future.”

“A new voice! Bringing change for the better to the El Cajon City Council. Having served in the military I learned the significance of serving others. I’m now here to serve the people of El Cajon and I’m running for city council. I will not take the job of El Cajon City Councilman lightly. I will help the mayor to create new sources of revenue without raising taxes. I’m also here as a senior citizen and I will strive to watch out for the senior citizens of El Cajon. I’m a new voice here to serve you…”
“None. My web site is ewa1.org. Business License costing $650.00 per year. Try and make it easier and less costly to start a business. Twenty years in the USN have made me understand how to (hurry up and wait).”
