Council of Community Clinics appoints Tuttle as its new CEO

The Board of Directors of the Council of Community Clinics (CCC) and its subsidiaries has named Henry N. Tuttle as its new chief executive officer. Tuttle takes the reigns of an organization that provides centralized support services to 16 member community clinic and health center organizations operating over 100 sites in San Diego, Imperial, and Riverside Counties, with several clinics in El Cajon and La Mesa.

Tuttle as its new chief executive officer. Tuttle takes the reigns of an organization that provides centralized support services to 16 member community clinic and health center organizations operating over 100 sites in San Diego, Imperial, and Riverside Counties, with several clinics in El Cajon and La Mesa.

Tuttle brings 30 years of leadership experience to CCC, the most recent as CEO of Manet Community Health Center, Quincy, MA, where he held a variety of responsibilities such as enterprise-wide business strategy and policy development; health care assessment, program development and delivery and fiscal policy. Known for his visionary leadership and strategic planning skills, he has led crisis management efforts during numerous natural and man-made disasters, and financial turnarounds.

The CCC represents and supports community clinics and health centers in its efforts to provide access to quality health care and related services for the diverse communities it serve with an emphasis on low-income and uninsured populations. More than 750,000 individuals count on the CCC member community health centers for their primary care needs through almost 2 million annual health care encounters.
