Casino names new IT VP

On March 14, Jamul Casino named Charles Daniel as its new vice president of Information Technology. With more than 25 years of experience, Daniel will oversee the technology systems across all areas of the casino to ensure an “impeccable guest experience.

Daniel has overseen IT initiatives across a variety of industries and well-known entities such as FICO, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Mitsubishi Electric. His work spanned the globe as he managed global engagements for organizations in Japan, Canada, China, Australia, Serbia and India before landing in the gaming industry in Las Vegas 10 years ago. Since 2014, he’s acted as an information technology executive and consultant, developing and integrating transformative casino operations initiatives for Boyd Gaming and MGM Resorts International. Most recently, Daniel served as the Director of IT Operations for San Manuel Band of Mission Indians and Yaamava’ Resort & Casino.
