The annual summer youth baseball showcase starts with the Little League Tournament of Champions hosted by each district. This event precedes the annual all-star tournament for each district.
The TOC tournament is contested between teams within each district while all-star play is contested between teams outside of each district.
Both the TOC and all-star tournaments are sub-divided into different age groups. The TOC tournament can include multiple age-groups. For local teams, the tournament ended in early June.
California District 41 champions included Fletcher Hills (Minor Division), Santee National (Major Division and Intermediate Division) and Lakeside American (Junior Division) in the older groups and Fletcher Hills in the Little Stars Division.
California District 66 champions included Encanto (Minor Division), Spring Valley (Major Division) and Valley de Oro (Junior Division).
California District 42 champions included Sweetwater Valley (6U and 8U), Eastlake (7U), Park View (Minor) and Luckie Waller (Major).
